杨洪超,副教授,毕业于山东大学凝聚态物理专业,获博士学位;研究方向:通过第一性原理计算模拟,研究半导体材料的结构、电子、光学、磁学等性质,以及在电子器件和光催化领域的应用,理论上预测和设计新的功能性材料。

2. 山东省自然科学基金资助项目:二维MA2Z4体系光催化分解水性能调控机理的理论研究;
